Rachel Passage

Rachel Passage has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Rachel is currently serving as the Chief People Officer at BrownWinick. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President Human Resources at GXO Logistics, Inc. from August 2021 to July 2023. Before joining GXO Logistics, Inc., Rachel worked at XPO Logistics, Inc. for nine years. During their time at XPO Logistics, they held various roles, including Senior Director Human Resources and Director of HR Field Operations. In these positions, they were responsible for leading and providing HR consultation to multiple sites and associates. Rachel also served as the interim SVP of HR for six months. Prior to their tenure at XPO Logistics, Inc., Rachel was a Regional HR Manager at HOV Services for 12 years. Rachel Passage earned a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Northern State University Aberdeen, SD from 1993 to 1996. Rachel then went on to pursue a Master's degree at Colorado Technical University from 1998 to 2000. Unfortunately, the field of study for their Master's degree was not provided.
