Dileep Marway has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2018, they worked as a Mentor to Undergraduate Students at Aston University. From 2021 to 2022, they served as the VP of Technology (Engineering and Quality Assurance) at SHL, where they led a digital transformation initiative and achieved significant improvements in release frequency and product changes. In 2021, they were a Board Executive for TEDx Aston University, contributing to the successful running of the event through strategy development and coaching. In 2023, Dileep founded their own company, Be More Meerkat Limited, where they work as a Founder and Director, providing technology consultancy and delivering organizational outcomes. Dileep has also held positions such as Interim Head of Application Development at The Football Association, Technical Writer at BrowserStack, and MBA Student Coach at Aston University. In addition, they have worked as a Technology Writer for LambdaTest and served as a Fractional Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Consultant at TestCrew | Quality Engineering & Software Testing and 9Yards Technology, where they were responsible for delivering strategic plans and driving exponential growth.
