John Mathew has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. John began their career as a Management Trainee at L&T Information Technology Services, where they worked from February 2009 to November 2009. John then joined SAP as a Team Leader for the Student Assignment Program, where they were responsible for sales of educational products from May 2008 to January 2010.

John successfully implemented sales-specific training for over 300 employees, resulting in significant business improvement.

Most recently, John joined BrowserStack in 2020. John initially took on the role of Global Talent & Organization Development Manager before being promoted to Global Head Talent Management & Organization Development. In this role, they led talent management, learning, employee experience, and programs globally. John played a key role in scaling the organization from 3X to 1000+ members globally and implemented HR technologies such as Workday, Glint, Engagedly, Amber, BambooHR, and GreytHR. John also led several projects, including acquisitions, the design of remote work programs, performance management systems, and leadership development programs.
