Saud Shaikh

Saud Shaikh has a diverse range of work experience in the tech industry. In 2020, they worked at Endurance International Group as a Solutions Specialist (Web) for over a year. In 2021, Saud joined Newfold Digital and served as a Solutions Specialist (Web) for six months before transitioning to a role at BrowserStack. At BrowserStack, Saud started as a Product Support Engineer and later advanced to the position of Senior Product Support Engineer. They are currently still employed in this role.

Saud Shaikh completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Rizvi College of Engineering from 2015 to 2019. In 2021, they pursued a specialization in Google IT Support Professional Certificate through Coursera. Moving forward, they enrolled in the Post Graduate Program in DevOps at Caltech from 2023 to 2024, focusing on Computer Software Engineering. Additionally, Saud obtained several certifications, including "PG DO - Configuration Management with Ansible and Terraform" from Simplilearn in June 2023, "Automating Sales Tasks with Zapier" from Coursera in May 2023, "Linux Training" from Simplilearn in March 2023, and "PGP-DevOps Certification Training" from Simplilearn in March 2023. Furthermore, they received certifications in various areas such as IT security, Linux, system administration, Docker, computer networking, VPN, technical support, and cPanel administration from institutions like Coursera, Udemy, LinkedIn, and cPanel between 2021 and 2022.
