Rodrigo Marquez has a diverse work experience in the finance industry. Rodrigo started their career as a Banking Trainee at CIBANCO in 2016, where they focused on designing and implementing options strategies for hedging foreign exchange risk. In 2017, they joined Broxel as an Analyst in Investment Banking and later progressed to Associate and Senior Associate roles in the same department. In these roles, Rodrigo was involved in various investment banking and corporate development activities. Notably, they successfully raised $31 million in the local debt market for Broxel, making it the first Mexican fintech to become public. Rodrigo currently holds the position of Director of Investment Banking and Corporate Development at Broxel, where they continue to contribute to the company's financial success.
Rodrigo Marquez attended Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México from 2013 to 2017, where they earned a degree in Dirección Financiera. Rodrigo also holds a certification in CFA Level 1 from CFA Institute.
