Steffen M.

Steffen M. has held various roles in different companies throughout their career. Steffen started working at Robert Bosch GmbH in 2004 as a Project Engineer and later became a Team Lead. Steffen then joined BorgWarner Inc. in 2017 as a Senior Manager, where they worked until 2021. During their time at BorgWarner, they gained experience in managing projects. Currently, Steffen M. is the Director of Advanced Engineering New Technology Research at BRP-Rotax GmbH & Co KG, a position they have held since 2021.

Steffen M. obtained their Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Maschinenbau from Leibniz Universität Hannover in the period from 1995 to 2000. Steffen later pursued a Promotion in Maschinenbau from the same university, completing it between 2000 and 2004.

In addition to their degrees, Steffen M. has obtained several certifications. In 2017, they gained certification from the BorgWarner Innovation Academy at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. In 2016, they obtained the RK-PMQ (Project Manager Qualification) from Robert Bosch Kolleg. Moreover, in the same year, they also achieved the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
