Shad Vermeesch

Shad leads their Phoenix office and provides day-to-day leadership for studio members and their projects. He has more than 20 years of experience in the design and development of retail, grocery and hotel projects, as well as mixed-use developments and retail centers. Shad also works with multiple studios to act as a local BRR presence for any clients who are headquartered or have projects in the Phoenix metro area.
