Troy McCutchen

Troy McCutchen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in total rewards and compensation management. Currently serving as Senior Director of Total Rewards at Smartsheet since August 2019, Troy has held various roles within the company, including Director and Manager positions in Compensation & Stock. Prior to joining Smartsheet, Troy accumulated valuable expertise at PACCAR from July 2010 to August 2019, where roles included Manager of US Benefits, Manager of HR Operations, and Senior Compensation Analyst. Troy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing and Business Management from Western Washington University, obtained between 2002 and 2006.
