Joel Kraut

Joel Kraut has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Joel started their career in 2001 as the Principal of JAC Builders Inc. In 2010, they joined Progress Realty Partners as the Vice President of Commercial Lending. Joel then served as the Senior Vice President of Commercial Lending at Alpha Capital Advisors LLC from 2013 to 2014. In 2014, they took on the role of President at Orbit Commercial Capital LLC, specializing in commercial mortgage brokerage and bridge lending. In 2018, they joined BridgeXFunding as the Director of Originations. Most recently, in 2020, they co-founded BRRRR Loans and is currently serving as the Co-Founder & Managing Director. Additionally, in 1987, they founded Orbit II Partners LLC, a proprietary trading shop specializing in derivatives.

Joel Kraut obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing & Finance from Penn State University from 1980 to 1984.
