Keith leads and interprets the purpose, strategy, and culture of the company. Working with a competent team of professionals, he oversees the administrative and operational aspects of Brubacher Excavating, Inc.
Keith started early with the company, working summers as a laborer and equipment operator while still in high school. Upon graduation, he joined Brubacher full time, progressing through positions of equipment operator, safety manager, site superintendent, and Vice President of Operations.
Keith's interests include creating places of refreshment where others experience the presence of God, bringing new life to old things, operating equipment, woodworking, and antique earthmoving machinery.
