Wendy Halderman

Wendy Halderman has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. Wendy began their career in 1997 as a Marketing Communications Specialist at Mercer Advisors. In 2011, they joined the County of Ventura where they held two roles, starting as a Fiscal Administrator for the Health Care Agency and later becoming the Executive Assistant to the Director of Human Services. In 2016, Wendy joined Bruce Clay, Inc. as the Director of Marketing before transitioning to the role of Strategic Planning & BizOps. Currently, they serve as the Director of Finance and Administration at Bruce Clay, Inc. In addition to their professional roles, Wendy also runs their own design business, Halderman Design, as a self-employed individual.

Wendy Halderman attended the Jack Welch Management Institute from 2018 to 2020, where they studied Business Administration and Management. Prior to that, they attended UC Santa Barbara from 2007 to 2009 and studied CPA Accounting. In 2002, they obtained a B.A. degree in Studio Art from California State University Channel Islands. Earlier, from 1999 to 2001, they attended UC Santa Barbara and studied English and Political Science. In 1996 to 1997, they also attended the University of California, Berkeley, where they studied Psychology and Linguistics.
