Project Manager - Transportation at Bruce & Merrilees

Jackson Panther began their work experience in 2015 at Specialized Engineering as a Field Technician. During their time there, their responsibilities included materials testing such as concrete and soil, pre-placement inspection for concrete structures, and geo-technical inspection for various projects. In 2017, they joined Connors Group as a Consultant and worked there until 2018. In 2018, Jackson joined Bruce & Merrilees Electric Co. and held the position of Project Engineer - Transportation until 2021. Jackson then transitioned to the role of Project Manager - Transportation, where they currently work.

Jackson Panther attended Frederick Community College from 2012 to 2013, but did not obtain a degree or specialize in any field of study during that time. Jackson then went on to West Virginia University from 2013 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Engineering. In terms of certifications, Jackson obtained the Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED certification from the American Red Cross Training Services in September 2019. Additionally, they earned the Temporary Traffic Control Traffic Manager certification from the Maryland Transportation Builders & Materials Association in September 2018.
