Allison O'Neill

Allison O'Neill, CHRL, has extensive experience in human resources, primarily at Bruce Power since August 2010, where roles have included Section Manager of Training, Human Resources Business Partner, Human Resources Manager, and Human Resources Specialist focusing on Wellness and Performance Management. Prior experience includes a position as a Recruiter at Grey Bruce Health Services from March 2008 to July 2010, and as a Labour Relations Administrator at Ontario Power Generation in 2007-2008. O'Neill holds an Honors Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management from the University of Guelph (2002-2006) and is pursuing further education at McMaster University Continuing Education from May 2024 to August 2024.
