Mohamed Gomaa

Mohamed Gomaa has extensive experience in the nuclear power industry, currently serving as the Department Manager of Chemistry and Environment at Bruce Power since April 2000. Prior roles at Bruce Power include Assistant Engineering Manager, Section Manager for Mechanical Equipment Programs, and Section Manager for Engineering (Nuclear Systems), where responsibilities encompassed supporting engineering activities, supervising program engineers, and overseeing the performance of nuclear systems. Previously, Mohamed held positions as a Control Room Shift Supervisor in Training and Performance Engineer at International Development Company from December 1998 to December 1999 and as Corrosion Team Leader. Earlier in a career that began in 1991, roles at ChemTech and GUPCO focused on corrosion engineering. Mohamed Gomaa earned a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Alexandria between 1982 and 1989.
