Elina Ribakova is a distinguished economist currently serving as a Nonresident Senior Fellow at the Peterson Institute for International Economics and as the Director of the International Affairs Program and Vice President for Foreign Policy at the Kyiv School of Economics since March 2023. Ribakova has held various senior roles, including Senior Non-Resident Fellow at Bruegel, Senior Adjunct Fellow at the Center for a New American Security, and Deputy Chief Economist at the Institute of International Finance. Previous experience includes Chief Economist for EEMEA at Deutsche Bank and roles at The Institute of Global Affairs at LSE and Pioneer Investments.
