Cynthia Griffin, PHR, currently serves as the Human Resources and Payroll Manager at Bruegmann Group, overseeing multistate payroll and HR functions for over 100 employees using ADP Workforce Now. Previously, Cynthia held various leadership roles at Igloo Products Corp., including Human Resources Director and Sr. Manager of Recruiting & Compensation, as well as Talent Acquisition Manager. At francesca’s®, Cynthia was the Director of Recruiting, managing a team of recruiters and implementing an Applicant Tracking System. Additional experience includes serving as the Director of Recruiting at CompleteRx, a Senior Recruiter at Korn/Ferry Futurestep, and a Senior Clinical Recruiter at Cardinal Health. Cynthia began a career in human resources at Sysco Foods as Supervisor of Non Foods. Cynthia earned a BA in Speech and Communication from the University of Houston.
