Barbara Burgess

Barbara Burgess is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in financial operations, project management, and customer experience. Currently serving as Vice President of Financial Operations & Project Management at Bruker since June 2022, Barbara plays a pivotal role in optimizing financial activities globally to support business growth. Previously, Barbara held various senior leadership roles at Bruker BioSpin, including Vice President of Customer Experience & Commercial Operations, where a team of 25 facilitated sales and service support across the AMER region. Barbara's career includes significant finance positions at Bruker Energy & Supercon Technologies Inc. as Vice President of Finance, as well as earlier roles at Saga International Holidays and KPMG Peat Marwick. Barbara holds an MBA in Finance from Bentley University and a BS in Accounting from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh.
