Katharine Rocco is an experienced HRIT professional with a strong background in human resources technology and recruitment. Currently serving as HRIT Manager at Bruker since May 2014, Katharine has previously held the role of Senior HRIT Analyst at the same company. Prior experience includes a significant tenure as Senior HR Systems Analyst at Nuance Communications, where successful implementation of the SuccessFactors suite was a key achievement.
