Jessica Buckland

Jessica Buckland is an experienced professional in human resources, education, and community service, currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Brunswick Companies since November 2022. In this role, Jessica designs and enhances HR practices while advocating for employees and fostering a positive work environment. Jessica has also been an Adjunct Faculty member at Cuyahoga Community College since January 2015 and serves as the Women in Transition Advisor-Instructor, focusing on the growth and development of women in Northeast Ohio. As Operations Director and co-founder of THE BRIDGE CHURCH, Jessica oversees numerous operational aspects, volunteer management, and community engagement initiatives. With a background in public speaking, training, and consulting as a self-employed Communication Professional, Jessica also holds a Master of Arts in Family Life Education from Concordia University-St. Paul and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Marietta College, along with certifications in Human Resources.
