Brunswick Group is seeking a Director to join our Investor Relations and Financial Situations team in New York.

Members of our Financial practice are deeply experienced and focus their client work on strategic investor relations (IR) advisory, mergers & acquisitions, shareholder activism, IPOs, and financial communications. These specialists partner with colleagues in our global sector teams and other practice areas to bring a powerful and complementary combination of perspectives to help clients manage their reputations during critical financial events and with financial stakeholders.

We are seeking to a Director, Investor Relations in New York to help build our strategic IR business and provide advice to Brunswick’s leading corporate clients.

Located in the heart of one of the world’s leading capital markets centers, Brunswick’s New York office serves as a global center of excellence for our Financial Institutions sector team – which advises leading banks, asset managers and insurers on a wide array of critical issues from corporate positioning to litigation and crisis – and our Financial practice – which advises clients across industries on M&A transactions, shareholder activism, investor relations and financial communications, IPOs, restructurings and ESG.
Our newly renovated and expanded space encompasses the 24th and 25th floors in the Grace Building on Bryant Park and serves as a convening space for Brunswick’s global colleagues, clients, media and other members of the business, political and social communities.

The applicant who is selected for this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:
In New York City, the range of base compensation will be: $190,000-$240,000.
If an offer is extended to an applicant in New York City, the applicant will be paid in line with this range and based on the applicant’s experience and qualifications. This range applies only to the New York City position, and salaries in other offices and regions will vary based on an applicant’s experience and qualifications, as well as the competitive landscape.
Bonus Eligibility: Annual discretionary bonus contingent upon individual performance and the overall performance of the Firm.
