Courtney Chiang Dorman

Courtney Chiang Dorman is the Chief Business Officer of Brunswick Group in San Francisco. Courtney has over 25 years of experience in the legal industry. Courtney began their career as a law clerk and then worked their way up to Senior Vice President, People and Strategy at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. In this role, they were responsible for the firm's human resources, diversity initiatives, and strategic planning. Courtney then became the Chief Operating Officer at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where they oversaw the firm's day-to-day operations and helped the firm navigate through a period of significant growth. In April 2019, Courtney joined Brunswick Group as a Partner and Chief Business Officer. In this role, they have helped drive and develop the firm's global sector and practice group strategy.
