Mary-Kate Barry Percival

Mary-Kate Barry Percival is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations, strategy, and event consulting. Currently serving as the Director of Operations & Strategy in the Global CEO's Office at Brunswick Group since July 2018, Mary-Kate previously held the position of Business Administrator to the CEO. As the founder of Donovan Drive Events Consulting, LLC from March 2017 to March 2021, Mary-Kate specialized in event planning and execution. Earlier roles include Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations and Director of Scheduling and Advance at the U.S. Mission to the UN, as well as various positions at the U.S. House of Representatives, Office of the Democratic Leader, where responsibilities ranged from Director of Scheduling and Advance to Scheduling Assistant. Mary-Kate holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Communication Studies and Human Resource Development from James Madison University.
