Pascal Saint-Amans serves as a Partner at Brunswick Group and holds a professorship at the University of Lausanne. As the Director of the OECD Centre for Tax Policy and Administration, Pascal Saint-Amans has also directed the Global Forum on Transparency and Exchange of Information for Tax Purposes and led initiatives on international cooperation and tax competition. Previous roles include heading tax litigation departments at the French Ministry of Finance, overseeing the Corporate Tax and Inheritance Duties Unit, and advising on EU direct taxation.
