Sebastian Urthaler

Sebastian Urthaler is an experienced professional with a strong background in corporate performance, restructuring, and governance. Currently serving as a Director and Chief of Staff to the European Managing Partner at Brunswick Group since June 2018, Sebastian has held various roles including Associate, Account Director, Executive, and Intern. Since October 2021, Sebastian has also been a Guest Lecturer at Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, teaching a practical case study in the Master in Corporate Performance & Restructuring program. Earlier experience includes a consultancy role at the World Bank Group, where contributions were made to human-centered business models and governance toolkits for state-owned enterprises in Asia. Additionally, an internship at Autonome Provinz Bozen - Südtirol involved supporting legislative drafting and parliamentary committees. Sebastian holds a Master of Science in Corporate Performance & Restructuring from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics, Administration, and International Relations from Zeppelin University, with further studies at American University.
