Brenna Preisser

President, Business Acceleration & Chief People and Strategy Officer at Brunswick

In 2020, Brenna Preisser was promoted to President - Business Acceleration & Chief People and Strategy Officer.

In this expanded role, Ms. Preisser added responsibilities for business strategy, enterprise communications and consumer insight in addition to her current role overseeing service and shared access business models which include, Freedom Boat Club, the largest national boat club operation in the industry, a portfolio of financial service businesses and advanced design initiatives. She is also responsible for innovation assets, such as a joint venture with TechNexus

Ms. Preisser was elected Brunswick’s vice president and chief human resources officer effective March 31, 2016. Ms. Preisser previously was the senior director – human resources for Brunswick Corporation.

Ms. Preisser has contributed to Brunswick being named as a Forbes best mid-sized and large-sized place to work multiple years in a row as well as Forbes list of America’s Best Employers for Women. Ms. Preisser is also the co-chair of Brunswick’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee, driving change across the entire organization.

Since joining the company in 2004, Ms. Preisser has been in charge of reforming company culture, creating and leading large-scale employee engagement and development programs, and implementing talent management strategies that support the achievement of Brunswick’s business goals and objectives. In addition, Ms. Preisser has developed globally led enterprise programs that embody a buyer-centric approach, delivering a smooth, frictionless and consistent customer experience across all touchpoints and at all stages of the buyer journey.

Ms. Preisser has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Ohio University in Athens, and a Master of Business Administration from Ashland University in Ashland, Ohio.
