Tammy Leisses

Tammy Leisses is an experienced talent acquisition leader currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Brunswick since July 2010, where responsibilities include strategic leadership in recruitment processes, ensuring alignment with technology trends and candidate preferences. Previously held roles at Brunswick include Senior Manager and Manager of Talent Acquisition, focusing on operational efficiencies and recruitment branding. Prior to Brunswick, Tammy served as an Adjunct Instructor in Psychology at Career Education Corporation, a Recruiter/HR Generalist at Mercury Marine, and a Change Management Coordinator/Project Manager at Harley-Davidson Motor Company. Tammy holds an M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh and a BA in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
