Rachel Penny (Assoc CIPD)

Rachel Penny (Assoc CIPD) is a highly experienced professional in human resources, currently serving as the People Services Manager at Bruntwood since June 2022. Prior to this role, Rachel held positions such as HR Services Team Leader at Onward Homes and HR Compliance Officer at The Manchester Metropolitan University.
