Aivi Cruz - Salazar

Aivi Cruz-Salazar has held various roles in different companies throughout their career. Aivi started as a Junior Architect at Cadiz International, Inc. from July 2012 to April 2014. Aivi then worked at Rockwell Land Corporation, where they served as an Architectural Coordinator from August 2014 to August 2016, Retail Design Supervisor from October 2016 to September 2017, and finally as an Architectural Design Supervisor from August 2016 to January 2020. During their time at Rockwell Land Corporation, they successfully managed the design process of Aruga Mactan Resort and Residences, a multi-million, 4-hectare development consisting of a hotel tower, residential towers, villas, and a manmade beach.

Afterward, Aivi joined Pointwest as a Branding Consultant from May 2021 to July 2021 and Pru Life UK, where they worked as a Financial Advisor and Assistant Unit Manager from December 2018 onwards. Aivi later became the Strategic Planning Unit Head from July 2021 to August 2022.

Aivi also established their own consulting company called Cruz-Salazar Consulting (CSC) in 2021, where they worked as a Management Consultant. In this role, they helped organizations define problems, identify opportunities, and formulate solutions to improve their business performance. Aivi implemented a structured approach with the right frameworks and tools to assist businesses in achieving their desired outcomes. The scope and focus of each engagement varied depending on the client's specific needs and included a diverse range of businesses such as vinyl records, retail clothing, real estate development, design and build, and construction companies.

Currently, Aivi works at BruntWork as an Operations Manager since August 2022 and as the Customer Success and Operations Director since July 2023.

Aivi Cruz-Salazar holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from the Asian Institute of Management. Aivi also completed an MBA in Marketing and International Business from WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business). Additionally, Aivi Cruz-Salazar earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture from the University of the Philippines. Aivi has obtained various certifications including Certified Investment Advisor (CIA) from Pru Life UK, Tsai CITY Innovation Intensive from Yale University, and Global Network Week from UBC Sauder School of Business, among others. Aivi Cruz-Salazar is also a Licensed Financial Advisor and holds professional licenses as a Master Plumber and Architect.
