Natalie Maurer

Natalie Maurer has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Natalie is currently working at Brussels Airlines as the Head of HR Business Partners. Prior to this role, they held positions as a Senior HR Business Partner & Reward Manager and HR Business Partner & Reward Manager at the same company.

Before joining Brussels Airlines, Natalie worked at PwC Belgium from 2013 to 2021. Their roles at PwC included Compensation & Benefits Manager, where they managed various compensation and benefits elements, and HR Business Partner - PwC Business Services, where they handled both soft HR tasks like recruitment and talent management, as well as hard HR tasks like payroll and HR process streamlining.

Natalie's earlier experience includes working as a Finance Recruitment Consultant at Dixon & Company, where they recruited financial profiles for clients and handled sales and account management. Natalie also worked at Ernst & Young, first as a Junior Internal Auditor and later as a Senior Internal Auditor, where they conducted internal audits, managed teams, and conducted quality audits and SOX audits for national and international clients.

Natalie Maurer earned a Master's degree in Commercial Engineering from KU Leuven, starting in 2002 and completing in 2007. Natalie also obtained a postgraduate degree in Recruitment, Search & Selection from Thomas More University of Applied Sciences in 2013. In addition, Natalie achieved the CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) designation from the IIA (Institute of Internal Auditors) between 2010 and 2013. Finally, they pursued their secondary education at OLV Instituut Boom, specializing in Latin, Greek, and Mathematics from 1996 to 2002.
