Olivier Vroonen

Olivier Vroonen currently serves as the HR Tech & Analytics Manager at Brussels Airport Company since January 2022, focusing on HR technology and analytics projects, including SAP implementation and support for HR and Finance systems. Previously, Olivier was a Lead Specialist at Alight Solutions, overseeing the implementation of a new HR front-end for the Belgium Police. Prior experience includes serving as Associate Director for HRIS and Reporting at Galapagos, Consultant HR at SD Worx Belgium, and various roles at Partena, Provikmo, Krebes, Xerius, and Banksys. Olivier holds a degree in HR Management and has extensive experience in HR systems, processes, and project management across multiple organizations and locations.
