Stijn De Smedt has a diverse work experience in the HR field. Stijn started their career at bofrost* as an HR Officer from April 2004 to March 2007. Stijn then joined The Brussels Airport Company in April 2007 and held various roles, including Compensation & Benefits Officer from April 2007 to September 2010, and Compensation & Benefits Manager from October 2010 to April 2012. Later on, they served as the Head of Employee Services at Brussels Airport Company from February 2015 onwards.
