Niels Horsbøl Eriksen

Niels Horsbøl Eriksen is currently the Head of IT Operations at Bruun & Hjejle Advokatpartnerselskab and a Member of the Danish Council for Digital Security. Previously, Niels Horsbøl held various leadership roles at IBM for over two decades, including as a Global Service Manager and Process Leader in Service Management for both Europe and the Nordics. With a background in IT application development and project management, Niels has a strong foundation in mathematics, computer science, and a proven track record of driving IT Service Management implementations and improvements across organizations.
