Vera van Thuyne

Vera Van Thuyne is a legal advisor at Brussels Environment since September 2021, bringing valuable experience from previous roles as an associate in the real estate and regulatory department at ALTIUS from August 2018 to July 2021, and as a junior associate at NautaDutilh from September 2017 to July 2018. Vera began the legal career with an internship at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Belgium in August 2017, followed by tutoring roles at My Sherpa from October 2015 to June 2017. Summer trainee experiences at Loyens & Loeff, Stibbe, and contrast further enhanced legal expertise. Educational qualifications include a Master of Laws from Ghent University and a specialized master's in environmental law and public real estate law from UCLouvain Saint-Louis Bruxelles.
