Lynsey James

Lynsey James has experience as a Director of Transitional Care at Bruyère since December 2022. Prior to this role, Lynsey held the position of Director of Primary Health Services at Centretown Community Health Centre from April 2012 to December 2022. Before that, Lynsey worked as a Program Manager of the Academic Family Health Team at The Ottawa Hospital from June 2006 to March 2012.
