Unaizah Villanueva

Unaizah Villanueva has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. The most recent position held was as the Head of IT & Operations at BRW Enterprise since March 2021. Prior to that, Unaizah worked at Caspio from 2018 to 2021, where they held roles such as Project Manager and Technical Services Team Lead. Unaizah also worked as a Technical Support Engineer at Caspio before moving into the managerial positions. Unaizah has experience as a developer, having worked as a OctoberCMS / Laravel / WordPress Developer at Grinkomeda Studios from 2016 to 2018 and as a PHP / WordPress Developer at Edz Designs from 2012 to 2013. Additionally, they have experience in customer support and administration, having worked at Alorica Philippines, Inc. as a Survey Administrator, Customer Support Representative, and Technical Support Representative from 2013 to 2016. Unaizah has a strong background in IT and operations, project management, technical services, and customer support.
