Benjamin Sparks is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in healthcare management and analytics. Since August 2021, Benjamin has held multiple leadership roles at Bryan Health, currently serving as President of Bryan Health Connect, where key responsibilities include developing and implementing managed care and risk-based products, fostering significant growth through strategic prioritization methodologies. Prior experience includes positions at UnityPoint Health, where Benjamin served as Executive Director of Finance and Network Performance, and at Pella Corporation, focusing on strategic insights within the home improvement industry. Benjamin's earlier roles encompass various positions at Wellmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield, as well as legislative experience with the U.S. House of Representatives and Iowa General Assembly. Benjamin holds an MBA from The University of Iowa and a BA in Political Science from Iowa State University.
