Pam Nienaber

Pam Nienaber is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in process improvement and organizational development within the healthcare sector. Since February 2004, Nienaber has held various titles at Bryan Health's Rural Division, including Process Improvement Consultant, Senior Organizational Development Consultant, and Organizational Development Consultant. Prior to this, Nienaber worked as a Consultant at DIRECTIONS EAP, LLC from 2002 to 2004, and served as a Medical Social Worker at Bryan Medical Center from 1986 to 2002. Nienaber holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Master's degree in Social Work, both obtained from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
