Katie Riecke

Katie Riecke has worked in various roles in talent acquisition and development. Katie worked for Sutherland Global Services as a Recruiter and as a Marketing Coordinator for ITS eLearning. At the University of Rochester, they held positions as Talent Management Administrator, Talent Acquisition Specialist, Talent Development Manager, and Assistant Director of Employee Engagement & Development. Katie'sresponsibilities in these roles included overseeing recruitment, hiring, and development of employees, managing the performance review process, and developing best practices. Katie most recently worked as a Talent Development Manager for ChemImage Corporation. Katie will be starting a new role as a Search Consultant for Bryant Group in June 2023.

Katie Riecke attended Syracuse University from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a BFA degree. Katie'sfield of study was a combination of Advertising and Psychology.
