Xaviera Steinecke-Caraballo has a long history of working in logistics and supply chain operations. Xaviera began their career in 2007 as a Property Book Manager for the US Army, where they were responsible for managing and updating all Army Battle Command Systems. In 2013, they returned to the US Army as a Supply Manager, where they managed $6 million dollars of organizational property and oversaw storage, issue, accountability, and preservation of individual organizational and installation equipment and supplies. Xaviera also managed a property book worth over $2.9 billion and 800,000 items. In 2019, they joined the US Army Reserves as a Supply Chain Operations Specialist, where they provided staff logistical support in areas such as supply, procurement, property accountability, transportation, equipment, maintenance, food service, and/or lodging. In 2020, they worked as a Logistics Manager for Strategic Capacity Group, where they evaluated logistical processes to identify strengths and weaknesses and analyzed supply chain data and assessed risks. Xaviera also assisted in developing cost-effective solutions and interventions to optimize logistical efficiency. In 2022, they joined Aveshka, Inc. as a Logistics Action Officer, where they supported the domestic delivery and distribution of vaccines, ancillary kits, therapeutics, and supplementary items as required. Xaviera then joined BryceTech in 2023 as a Logistics Analyst.

Xaviera Steinecke-Caraballo has a varied educational background. Xaviera is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Accounting and Business/Management at the University of Maryland, which they began in 2020. Xaviera also holds a Field Sanitation Certificate from the US Army, obtained in 2013. Additionally, they have completed the Army Basic Leadership & Advanced Leadership School, which focuses on Military and Strategic Leadership, in 2011. Lastly, they have a Unit Supply Specialist Course certification from the US Army, obtained in 2007.
