Kayla Herman

Kayla Herman, CAPS, is a skilled professional in asset management and real estate operations, currently serving as Regional VP of Operations and Senior Asset Director at Bryten Real Estate Partners since November 2023, following the MEB | Weller Partnership merger. Prior to this role, Kayla spent a decade at Weller, where responsibilities escalated from Property Manager to Senior Asset Director, focusing on maintaining accurate records and preparing financial reports. Earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Property Manager at Dr. John H Penny DDS and as a Registered Dental Assistant, demonstrating a diverse skill set in both real estate and clinical environments.
