David Pfender

David Pfender has extensive work experience in various roles within the construction and building materials industry. David is currently the Head of Product Modern Workplace at BRZ Deutschland GmbH, a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to this role, they served as a Startup-Manager at the same company starting in October 2020. From May 2018 to December 2020, David worked as a Kundenberater (Customer Advisor) at BRZ Deutschland GmbH.

In addition to their work at BRZ Deutschland GmbH, David Pfender has held positions at other organizations. David served as a Member of the Board of Advisors at bobbie Baustoffhandel 4.0 starting in October 2021. From September 2016 to March 2018, they worked as the Geschäftsführer (Managing Director) at Deutschland baut! e.V. Prior to that, they were the Niederlassungsleiter (Branch Manager) at Saint-Gobain from September 2014 to August 2016.

David's early career experience includes roles at WOLFF & MÜLLER Holding, where they held positions as Leiter Strategischer Vertrieb (Head of Strategic Sales) from April 2012 to August 2014, Strategischer Vertrieb (Strategic Sales) from April 2010 to March 2012, and Referent, Organisationsberater Baubetrieb (Consultant, Organizational Advisory Construction) from April 2000 to March 2010.

David Pfender attended RPTU Kaiserslautern-Landau from 1992 to 1999, where they obtained a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in the field of Bauingenieur. In addition to their formal education, David Pfender has earned several certifications. In December 2019, they became a Certified Sales Manager through the Haufe Akademie. In May 2022, they completed the Product-Led Growth Fundamentals Certificate Program offered by https://www.linkedin.com/company/productled/. David also completed the Zertifikatskurs Weiterqualifizierung Innovationsmanager*in at the International School of Management, Germany in May 2022.
