Adam Lumley

Adam Lumley is a seasoned product management professional with extensive experience in both software and engineering sectors. Currently serving as a Product Manager at BS&A Software since June 2024, Adam previously held the role of Senior Product Manager at STRIVR, where leadership of two engineering teams focused on a B2B enterprise portal for virtual reality solutions took center stage. Prior experience includes a lengthy tenure at WorkForce Software, where Adam advanced from Implementation Consultant to Director of Product Management, overseeing teams responsible for Time & Attendance, Absence Management, and Fatigue Management products. Early career experience also includes product engineering positions at TRW Automotive and a role as Operations Coordinator at AMC Theatres. Adam holds an M.B.A. in Finance and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Wayne State University.
