Ted Fronrath

Director, Client Service & Support at BSB Communications

Ted Fronrath has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Ted started their career in 1985 at Modern Engineering as a Graphics Operations Supervisor, where they successfully managed day-to-day CAD operations and handled facilities planning and hardware maintenance. In 1989, they joined Tricom, Inc. as the Director of Computer Operations Support, overseeing all aspects of the data center operations and ensuring customer satisfaction. In 1997, they briefly worked as a Project Manager at AMI Engineering. From 1998 to 2017, they served as the SMB Services Manager at SunTel Services, where they managed services for small and medium-sized businesses. In 2017, they joined CBTS as the MS Operations Center Manager and later became the Senior Director of Business Operations for the Michigan Branch. Currently, since 2021, they hold the position of Director of Client Service & Support at BSB Communications, Inc.

Ted Fronrath holds an Associates of Arts degree in Business from Macomb Community College. In addition, they have obtained certifications in "Managing Multiple Generations" and "Managing Experienced Managers" from LinkedIn in April 2019 and March 2019 respectively.
