Paul Lyon

Paul Lyon is a Senior Structural Engineer at BSB Design. Paul has over 20 years of experience in the engineering field and has been with BSB Design for over 10 years. Prior to their current position, Paul was a Manager of Compensation and Benefits at Norwest Bank and a Senior TD Consultant. Paul has also worked as a human resources leader with BlueCross BlueShield of Minnesota. Paul is known as a business partner with expertise in compensation and organizational development, talent acquisition, rewards and recognition, and HR consulting. Paul has experience in both line and corporate levels in the insurance, financial services, construction and real estate industries. Paul's strengths include risk taking, establishing strategic direction, aligning performance for success, driving for results and building organizational talent.

Paul Lyon has a Bachelor's degree in Business with an Industrial Relations Major from the BSB school at the University of Minnesota. Paul also has a Masters in Human Resource Development from MHRD at the University Of Saint Thomas.
