Wayne Keefner, PE, PTOE, LEED AP, is an accomplished civil engineer with extensive experience in project management and transportation engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Project Engineer at BSC Group since November 2021, Wayne has held significant roles including Vice President and Transportation Department Manager at Design Consultants, Inc. from August 2018 to November 2021. Previous positions include Senior Project Manager at both Allen & Major Associates, Inc. and AECOM, as well as Principal and Senior Project Manager at Design Consultants, Inc. Wayne's career began at SMMA, where Wayne served as a Senior Associate from 1998 to 2009. Wayne holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, earned between 1989 and 1994.
