Nancy Hopkins-Evans

Nancy Hopkins-Evans is an experienced educator and leader in science education, currently serving as the Associate Director for Program Impact at BSCS Science Learning since June 2022. With a strong background in teaching and curriculum development, Nancy has been an Adjunct Faculty member at Delaware County Community College since September 2013, focusing on chemistry courses for health-related disciplines. Previous roles include Senior Director of State Partnerships and Director of Science at Instruction Partners, Senior Director of Science at Mastery Charter Schools, and Chief Academic Officer at LEAP Academy University Charter Schools. With a Doctor of Philosophy in Biological Chemistry from the University of Michigan and extensive experience in academic settings, Nancy has consistently worked to enhance science education and improve student outcomes at various educational levels.
