Heel Dr. Jochen

Heel Dr. Jochen serves as the CTO of BSH Poland and is a member of the executive board, overseeing global production within the refrigeration sector since November 2014. Previously, Dr. Jochen held the position of Senior Vice President Refrigeration at BSH Bosch and Siemens Home Appliances Group from November 2014 to October 2022 and worked as a scientific staff member at the Institut für Arbeitswissenschaft und Betriebsorganisation Universität Karlsruhe from April 1994 to January 1999. Educational qualifications include dual doctoral degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Production Technology with a focus on Business Organization from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology.
