Laura P. has extensive experience in project management and engineering, holding positions at various companies since 2007. Currently serving as a Volunteer Staff member at Zoo Knoxville and as the Global Benchmark and Ratio Coordinator for BSH Home Appliances Corporation - North America, Laura is responsible for maintaining a strong benchmark network across global regions. Previously, as Project Manager III at BSH Home Appliances Group, Laura led a global team to implement projects effectively and demonstrated exceptional influencing and negotiating skills. Past roles include Project Manager and Mechanical Engineer at Thermo Fisher Scientific, Product Development Engineer at Heatcraft Worldwide Refrigeration, and Application Engineer at Kysor//Warren, among others. Laura holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Southern University and is currently pursuing a Google Project Management Certificate through Coursera.
