Maria Winiarska

Maria Winiarska is an experienced IT professional specializing in Identity and Access Management (IAM) with a strong background in support and operations. Currently serving as Group Lead for IDM Solutions Support/Operations at Bosch Polska since July 2022, Maria leads a globally located team that manages support services for Bosch's IAM platform and other related services. With a tenure at BSH Home Appliances Group beginning in September 2014, Maria has held multiple roles including Deputy Head of GIT-IODI IT Infrastructure Service Manager and Identity & Access Management Specialist, where responsibilities included implementing and optimizing identity management processes and providing 2nd and 3rd line support. Education includes a Master's degree in German Philology from the University of Lodz and studies at Lodz University of Technology, SGH Warsaw School of Economics, and Universität Passau.
