René Heek

René Heek is currently the Chief Solution Architect PLM at BSH Home Appliances Group and also holds the title of Solution Architect Digitalisierung & Industrie 4.0. Prior to this, they worked as a PLM Consultant at Knorr-Bremse Services GmbH and held various technical consultant roles at NTT DATA Deutschland GmbH. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Software Engineer at Software Factory GmbH and as a Scientific Researcher at the High Performance Computing Centre Stuttgart (HLRS). They also gained experience as a Student Research Assistant at Zuse Institute Berlin and as a Chemical Laboratory Worker at Schering. René Heek completed their education at Freie Universität Berlin from 2000 to 2006.
